Just humming, I thought my account was already clean, are you still getting the alarms, how do I get my account clean?-

no it’s not clean. Unfortunately your account is a mystery. Could be some type of proxy server we’re not sure. We have maybe 1 -2% of our accounts have issues which generally get resolved by either cleaning your system and cache or using a totally independent device. We can’t allow any systems like yours to participate because we can’t see you. The network itself is censorship free as long as you don’t break laws and so although your account isn’t deleted it will remain demonetized until you use a system compatible and we’ve already explained in full detail th3 problem with your system. Have you tried a malware scan? Avast software sometimes is a problem so you may have to ask developers about any masking features.-

Yes be very careful with any free Antivirus software. I’m to,d it’s a racket on some to get you to buy and reporting false alarms. Don’t get me wrong we need antivirus software. What I’m saying is if you were an antivirus company and you wanted to make money. You’d make people think their system got a problem so they keep paying you. The company may be responsible for the spyware. I’ve never caught such a thing happen to me but I have caught them reporting sites falsely and they corrected it. So not everyone knows what’s actually on their computer. As we can see systems in use with absolutely no problems and ones who are. We can see this because we have the tools.i can tell you it’s far more accounts with no problems compared to those that are. It’s all software it’s no indictment of you guys. We don’t know the circumstances of why your systems doing this we can only say it’s not common. If it’s a change in behavior usually the account holder corrects it. If they find they can’t then maybe it’s their device or some incompatible software and we just leave it as that. We don’t have a narrative about you did something wrong. We’re just going by the software and if it’s wrong it won’t work on our platform
