The Post-Orgasmic Illness Syndrome The name is pretty self explanatory. This is a rare condition that affects guys. Tldr, males affected by it get flu-like symptoms everytime they ejaculate. 💦 🤒 Post-orgasmic illness syndrome (POIS) is a rare but debilitating cluster of postejaculatory symptoms affecting men. It is a chronic disorder manifesting as a constellation of flulike and allergic symptoms within seconds, minutes, or hours after ejaculation. The condition was first described in 2002 and since then there have been more then 50 cases reported, although the exact prevalence is anyone's guess. Oh well, I know I don't have it 😂 First described in 2002, the prevalence and incidence of POIS are still unknown owing to a paucity of studies but is likely under-reported. There are approximately 50 cases of POIS in the literature. Since this is a very rare syndrome (and possibly largely underreported for obvious reasons) not much is really known about it and the causes behind it. As for treatment it's mainly symptomatic: Patients have been symptomatically treated with antihistamines, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, and benzodiazepines. It's been a while since my last movie/show review so I figured to share some quick thoughts. Now, first let me say I have never read the manga or seen the old animation stuff. This review comes from someone who is only familiar with the Netflix Bakki Hanma stuff. I think I watched the first season a couple years ago? Dunno, not sure. I just remember it was a meh watch and with nothing better to watch I figured to binge on season 2... What a big mistake that was 😂 A total waste of time. SPOILERS BELOW Season two comes in two arcs. Plot wise the first one was ok, and the second is about the big father/son fight everyone waits for. So other then the plot, everything was shitty and cringy. Most of the fights were too quick and with shitty animation. With the exception of the last one which was bigger, still total shit. There are a couple good moments in some of the fights and the music is somewhat decent but the reality is.. those few good moments float in an endless pool of dog shit. Most of the fighting moves also felt quite cringy and silly... And the cringy narration "explaining" the "science" behind them didn't help much..just made the show even cringier to watch. The show had a good chance to make amends with the last fight between Bakki and his father..I expected something epic but instead I got 5 (maybe more, not sure) episodes of more cringy fight moves, silly narration, a lot of dumb blah blah blah and of course a super cringy ending. So tldr. Yes there are few good and epic moments. Still season 2 is mostly cringy. And dumb. And boring. I would have more fun sniffing my dog's poo.
